You should generally receive your order between 5 - 7 business days. However, some of our items may be on back order. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We do accept returns, however, returns are not accepted for sale or clearance items. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us for an RMA number within 30 days for a full refund of purchase price, less shipping and handling.
The items must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags; if any and with all paperwork to insure full credit.
"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or altered in any way. We suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay return shipping.
